Squid did not receive any data for this request

Been getting this error for a while now, trying to access my site. A few other friends of mine have complained too, seeing this error, when trying to submit comments.
A Google search later I found that the error could be caused by two reasons.
1. When the connection is too slow.

Google reader – published and received

A new feature of Google reader, is that it shows the time stamp of when a particular post was …umm…posted, when you mouseover the time stamp at the  top right of each post in the reader panel.

Batch editing Wordpress posts?

Can anyone think of a way, multiple changes can be made to wordpress posts?
Essentially, I have a set of mistakes that I keep making. I need now a way to search for and correct these mistakes in all my posts.

nuiances or nuisances ?

- its last night, not yesterday night.
- its this morning, not today morning.
- There is no word called costed.
- Its at least. Not atleast.
- ei in any english word is always in the same order.( i.e. e comes after i ). Exception: if the previous letter is c.
