To do list manager

I can’t seem to get this right.
I need a to-do list manager. One that can do all of these:
- be available when I’m mobile (offline capability would be a big + )
- Standard interface (with reminders/alerts)
- nice categorization/labeling ability
- Clean and neat
- Free (blame it on the economic downturn)

Flowers at home

Collage of flowers at home. Last I counted, there were more than 25 types of flowers in my garden.

I used to garden, water the plants on Sunday mornings. I do miss that, since I moved closer to work.

Which one is right?

Today, I was writing an email and I had to write ” in/on/at the back of your head”.  My first instinct was to do a few searches to find the right article. I didn’t find any relevant article, so I tried something else.
