Mozilla is one of the Open Source projects, which has the most coded lines ever in the history of anything and everything. Doesn’t sound very convincing huh? But its true.
Interesting fact: Mozilla stood for “Mosaic Killer”, as it was a codename of the Netscape Navigator.
They have browsers, instant messengers, email clients, lots of plugins, embedded objects, news feed readers, and the list goes on.
Mozilla was started by Netscape, as its opensource wing. It has now developed into its own, huge company.
