Here is a site that I’ve been using quite regularly since a while now. It gives me the ability to choose what mood I am in, and plays songs from varius genre and time, based on the mood. You can try it here. Welcome to interactive web radio !
It has a variety of collection and does keep you wanting for more. Purely online service. No download, no login, no agreement. Life is good.

Here are a few screenshots of how it looks. In this age of online streaming music, and all the free sites you can go to, this one is clean as any.
I do wonder how they are able to maintain it though. Business model i.e. I do see a banner ad on the top of the page, but there is only so much you can make from those.
