Watching this bit from Planet Earth- The Great Plains made me think of human nature. Our society, men and women seem to follow this blindly. I tried looking up for the narration script to try and explain as it unfolds, but sadly couldn’t find it online. The CC (closed captions) within Youtube aren’t downlodable, no seem perfect, so that didn’t work out.

Just go ahead and watch it yourself.

What do you guys think? Men fighting for land, hoping to attract herds of girls. And then the girls acting without any reason or logic

The part where they find water, and just go back to the barren dust bowls makes me think of vacations. We go see paradise, and then we just come back.
